RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (2025)
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
In the event that the Purchaser is reasonably dissatisfied with the Sharrow Propeller™ within thirty (30) days of shipment (the “Return Period”), subject to the company’s rights as stated herein*, the Purchaser may either exchange the product for a different model or request a refund. All refunds are subject to a $200 restocking fee.
*Sharrow Marine reserves the right to evaluate the propeller and its performance in person before approving any return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 90 days after receiving and processing the returned item.
All returns require prior authorization in the form of a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns must be in original packaging, in like-new condition, and must include a copy of the invoice.
We reserve the right to deny any return due to reasons of fraud, malice, trickery, or misfit to vessel motor configuration. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any refunds requested after the Purchaser's propeller has begun the manufacturing process will be denied, and all funds will be forfeited if the order is canceled before delivery to the customer. Refunds are only eligible once the propeller(s) has been delivered.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD
In addition to Purchaser’s right to return products as outlined above, Purchaser shall be entitled to return products after the 30-day Return Period only if the products have a manufacturing defect.
COMPLETE ONLINE RETURN REQUEST
Sharrow Marine LLC will not accept any returned goods without prior approval. All unapproved returns will be denied and returned to the sender.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the propeller or other ordered items. Returns are subject to inspection by Sharrow Marine’s staff. Any damages or imperfections in a returned item resulting from customer use will be returned to the customer.
All item inspections are conducted at the sole discretion of Sharrow Marine staff. Warranty returns/exchanges should be filed immediately after noticing any damage or imperfection to assure manufacturer assistance and replacement.
RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please allow 48–72 business hours for your return information to be reviewed. Return requests may be denied if filed after 30 days of receiving the ordered items or if the item is deemed non-returnable based on the assessed condition of the item by Sharrow Marine staff.
Upon receiving email notification of approval of a return request, please include the RMA# in the box when returning the item.
PACKAGE AND SHIP BACK
Once you have received your return authorization, pack the items securely. Be sure to remove any old shipping labels and barcodes from the box you use.
Please send your return using an insured and trackable shipping company. While we recommend and encourage you to use the provider that made the original delivery (UPS, USPS), you may use any shipping company that’s most convenient for you.
Don’t forget to include the RMA# for quick and convenient refund/replacement processing.
